About Waxing

At Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa we offer waxing for hair removal. There are a few precautions that you should be aware of; Please let your therapist know if in the past 6 months you have used any prescription topicals that contain Retin-A, or derivatives of Vitamin A such as; metro –gel, differin, or any prescription retinols or cortisone creams. Also, if in the past year you have taken the prescription Acutane, or had any deep peels or laser treatments done by a physician, you should not wax until your physician lets us know that it is okay.  Please do not sun 24 hrs. prior or 24 hrs. after waxing. We cannot be held responsible for complications from your waxing if we are not aware of what you have used on your skin prior to waxing.
